I know I'm leaving this message long after the fact(podcast), however, I'd like to tell Melanie that your Bubby (?SP) is incorrect. You don't have to do a K1P1 rib for socks. I mean, you ought to do one for about an inch, then switch to your kitting in the round. Your socks will stay up!

I realize I'm very late in posting this comment. I may learn that you, Melanie, have become a lover of knitting....maybe... I'll continue to listen to your podcast, and hope that I discover that I commented too soon, and that you learned this information through some other means. In the meanwhile, continue your podcast. What a pleasure it is!!

I need to start using my sweater that Booby made. It is big, heavy and warm when it is not windy. Best of all it makes everyone around jelous!

I just found a whole pile of the Buffalo wool in our Bubby's house (grandmother). It will appear on the next podcast, if Deborah doesn't kibosh my creative vision!

I was curious about the White Buffalo unspun yarn, so I checked it out on Ravelry, and there are still several people selling it! If you make the "comfy panties", we need to see pictures! :) (preferably no action shots) ;)
