OMGoddess!!
Only about four months late….and here I am. I had been lamenting the fact that the most savvy of savvy girls went MIA from my podcast app on my iPad. (Another manhattan based knitting podcast also went MIA on me…)
So I’ve been wondering for months and months–like since feb or march of 2014–what was happening with Deborah and Melanie and savvy mum and savvy bubby and savvy bro. All the while, I have been listening to the Knitmore girls so I knew that Gigi had been diligently making the “nemesis dress”…. So that was a small relief because I surmised that you ladies were still alive….

Fast forward to October 29th or so, and I decided to look at your website to see if you had posted about your podcast hiatus.

Low and behold, imagine my surprise when you’d been podcasting all along…. And had traveled to midlothian va (three hours from me) and the md sheep and wool gathering (one county over from me)…. And you’d been to Prague and you’d rescued a sparrow… And…. On and on and on.

So I’ve been savvy girl bingeing, listening to about 8 podcasts in a row as I cook dinner and fold clothes and even WASH A FLEECE….

And….I hear my name on the interwebs!,,! My name mentioned a handful of times. I practically tripped over the laundry I was folding. And now I’m sitting on my basement floor typing like a proverbial bobo.

Squee…. Will the skein of yarn still be avail? Did you give up on me?

I suppose this is what I get for waiting so long to find out what’s up with the savvies. (You seem I try to minimize my time on the rav boards and FB so I have more time to craft, cook, etc.)

  If anyone can explain why your new episodes didn’t show up in my Podcast app (it’s just the basic apple version of a podcast “reader”) , please, LMK.
